Description

Scott is a vegan personal trainer, martial arts instructor and kettlebell coach. He is also a kettlebell sport competitor and a member of the Plantbuilt team. He has worked with clients to lose weight, build muscle, improve endurance and increase strength/mobility/flexibility. His clients have trained using kettlebells, barbells, kickboxing, martial arts, VIPR, Bulgarian bags, mace, Indian clubs and bodyweight training. He has a great passion for fitness and a thirst for knowledge and believes that if you want to be great at what you do, you need to train with the best. As a result he is always striving to improve himself both physically and mentally, so that he can deliver the very best to his clients.
